The products need to be shipped on July 4th. We confirmed the order on June 15th. We thought there would be 19 days for production and commodity inspection.
Due to an accident, all fireworks factories were required to stop production on June 27th.
Our team only had 12 days.
This was force majeure. The customer also understood our situation, but he would miss the sales season.
