At MANDARIN FIREWORKS, quality is not just a standard—it's our lifeline. Over the years, we have developed and implemented a rigorous "Three-Phase Quality Control System" to ensure every product meets the highest benchmarks of safety, precision, and client satisfaction.

1. Pre-Production QC: Before manufacturing begins, our team works closely with factory technicians to confirm every critical parameter—product specifications, rhythm, visual effects, dosage, weight, and decibel levels. We require factories to produce new samples, which are carefully compared against the confirmed reference samples already approved by our customers. Product demonstration videos are taken and submitted to our sales manager for final review. Only after our QC team gives formal sign-off is mass production authorized. All samples, videos, and approval records are properly archived for traceability.

2. In-Production QC: During mass production, we conduct real-time inspections on packaging, visual effects, and structural integrity. Any deviations are swiftly identified and resolved. Our QC inspectors have the authority to pause production immediately whenever an issue is found, preventing defects from multiplying.

   

   

3. Post-Production QC: Prior to delivery, each batch undergoes a final review. We capture high-resolution images of products, packaging, and cartons, alongside detailed effect demonstration videos—all archived for traceability. Additionally, our inspectors randomly dissect samples and perform chemical composition analysis to guarantee consistency and strict compliance with approved formulations.
