We face challenges in both commodity inspection and shipment.
Since there are more than 300 fireworks export factories in Liuyang, the customs had to introduce a rule that each factory can only arrange commodity inspection once a week, and it is fixed on a certain day of the week. For example, if a factory is scheduled for commodity inspection on Wednesday, if the goods are produced on Thursday, then the commodity inspection can only wait for a week and will not be arranged until the next Wednesday.
The vast majority of fireworks are exported through Shanghai Yangshan Port, but since fireworks are not allowed to be transported on land in Shanghai, after the goods are loaded and cleared in Liuyang, they will be transported to Yueyang Port (Hunan) and transported by water by barge, and then hoisted onto a large ship at Shanghai Yangshan Port. This period takes about 15 days. Therefore, if the shipping date is on the 30th, the goods must be loaded at the factory on the 15th of the month.
Both of the above aspects have greatly compressed the production time of the goods. This requires export companies to make comprehensive plans from the beginning.
Of course, factors to consider in doing a good job of commodity inspection and shipment are not only time, We also need to consider product grade, reasonably match products, and transportation routes to help customers save costs, and we also need to properly deal with many unexpected events.
Mandarin has accumulated rich experience in these aspects. Although we have encountered thrilling moments, we have always achieved satisfactory results in the end.
Of course, we also hope that our customers can place orders as soon as possible and actively cooperate in packaging design, so that we can have more time for production and commodity inspection. After all, the routes and flights for fireworks transportation are very rare.
